If you can access your account, verify the email address on your Strava account by going to Profile > Settings on the web, and on the mobile app, open your settings from the icon in the upper right corner of the You tab then select Change Email. If you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder and search for any emails from Not sure which email is registered with your Strava account? After submitting your email address, you will receive an email with instructions and a link to a page where you will be asked to enter a new password. If you signed up via Facebook, you will need to enter the email address that is listed as the primary on your Facebook account. Be sure to provide the email address that is linked to your Strava account. You can reset your password by clicking on 'Forgot your password?' on the login page. If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it in order to access your Strava accountįirst, log out of Strava if you haven't already.
